"I reached out to a gentleman named Scott regarding canceling my policy. He belittled me and told me how foolish I was for doing so. After respectfully sitting through his badgering lecture, I advised that I appreciated what he had to say but still wanted to proceed with cancelling as my premium that jumped to over $950 a month with no explanation or notification was unaffordable for my family. He advised that he would cancel. A month goes by and I'm charged again by the insurance company. After calling the insurance company myself, and forwarding the email chain from my original request to cancel along with the string of numerous degrading responses from Scott; the insurance company profusely apologized, escalated the situation to management and immediately cancelled my policy effective the original request date, and immediately initiated a refund of the payment along with a credit from the past month. Scott advised me there were going to be astronomical cancellation fees which the insurance company advised was completely not true. They also are aware of all of these google reviews and have looked into all of them as well. It's unfortunate to see how many people are telling the same story of being yelled at, cursed at, threatened, and harassed. It's even more unfortunate that I have no idea why I was treated so poorly but others out there seem to get 5 star service."

"If I can give less than one star I would. I was at a car dealership late one night buying a car and they recommended I call him being brand new to the state and not know where anything else was I did. He got me a policy and called it a night. When I went in to cancel my insurance policy I had on my previous car they gave me a better deal since we had multiple vehicles and our house covered with them. I'd be a fool not to take the savings. I call the company I got through Mackenzie to cancel them and they transferred me to his office when he answered he asked for my name and immediately got angry at the fact that I wanted to cancel my service. He started to yell at me saying "he runs a business he took my call at 9 PM and got me service when I needed it and I can call the company and call and cancel myself cause it's my problem" when I told him I did call the company and they told me to call him he said it was my problem and I needed to get it taken care of. He went on to yell about how he runs a business and how he is a business man who works just like I do. As I started to explain to him that he was a poor representation of what a business man in the customer service industry should display he hung up the phone on me. Being in the customer service field I would never allow my representatives to talk to anyone that way and he is the business owner that's a shame. I am so glad I got out of this mess as I can only imagine what my life would have been like if god forbid I stood with him as an agent. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL DISASTER! Revision: December 18th, 2017 The unprofessional-ism continues Scott has now threatened me with my personal information and continues to call me and is trying to intimidate me into taking down my post. STOP CONTACTING ME! I will not take this down. Furthermore I will post the pictures of the text messages he has sent me. This man is insane and I will make sure I post this everywhere I can. I was going to leave this alone but then he called and texted yesterday and I am sure he will never stop if I don't take action. This is borderline harassment and I am pretty sure if I tell him to STOP CONTACTING ME one more time it will make any further contact harassment. But just to be safe I'll say it again STOP CONTACTING ME! December 19th Scott continues to contact me. He is also so professional he went on to make a comment for himself and started talking smack about a 12 year old child. Not that it's any of your business but my son is into sports and he is very restless when it comes to him playing sports. You look like a fool. What a great guy this man is. Funny you say I should go back to the trailer park in Chicago, people with common sense would have looked it up and know that's not what Chicago is known for and we don't have those. I will be filing a harassment claim against him. New picture will be posted of his most recent text."
