"Overall, the entire process proceeded smoothly, and I extend my appreciation to all those who were involved in assisting with the transaction. It is my understanding that the customary practice involves the title company initiating contact with the closing party to coordinate a suitable schedule, considering their availability. Moreover, the settlement statement, a crucial document in the closing process, is typically furnished three days prior to the scheduled closing date. In my attempts to reach out to Janet and Summer for additional information, I encountered an instance where Janet communicated that she had previously addressed my inquiry, despite my not having received any prior communication from her. The information was essential for me to effectively communicate with my clients. Janet later clarified that she did not have the loan package. This significantly impacted my ability to facilitate meaningful discussions with my customers. A proactive approach, initially acknowledging the absence of specific details, would have greatly enhanced my overall experience. Such upfront communication would have been instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of information and interaction throughout the entire closing process. In addition to the aforementioned observations, it appears there may be areas within the company's communication processes that warrant further attention."
