"Man set up your own trips. We had to double pay for our rental on the other end. And we did not get the vehicle we wanted in Atlanta after they confirmed we had it. Getting your money back you have to escalate everything. But they take your payment every month. And don't be late."
"Wait so long, after 3 hours you can leave the vehicle, But if you do, your vehicle won’t be towed for over 8 hours, and then no one cares , you cannot talk to a manager as they say your vehicle is unattended. So just sit in your vehicle 6 hours, then they may help you! Canceling my membership tomorrow. Never had to use until now and very disappointed"

"AAA misdiagnosed my vehicle. 2.5 years ago they replaced my battery. This weekend my vehicle would not start. AAA tested it and they said that the battery wasn't the problem. I went to the dealership and they replaced the battery tested the electric system and found nothing else wrong. I suspected the battery all along. My car is now working well, AAA test procedures/ equipment not so much!"
"We had to get some documents notarized so I called up AAA and they said come on down. We went inside and checked in and in just a few minutes Robert came out to help us. We were his first notary job since he got a certification. We read through everything and he was able to help us out with everything we needed. Very friendly people in this office nice waiting area and fast service. We could not ask for more. So if you go in and say hi to Robert."
