"Online website has kinks to it submitted application for my inlaws and 2 days later called and they said no application was on file called all day the helpline number that was on the website after a lady said they couldn't find the application. Was #8 in line got to number 1 in line only for the call to get hung up on me. Had this happen at least 3+ times. Office is closed for walk-ins due to COVID-19."
