"I went here to buy a v600 scanner at 5pm yesterday. The website showed one in stock. The young man behind the Register swore it was out of stock in spite of my multiple questions on why it did appear on line. Finally, after I persisted, a more seasoned salesman came up and the scanner was in the store after all and he WAS helpful in getting it from the back. This is such a poor level of service (from the Register clerk) I would not recommend thus store."
"This location has been managed horribly for years, and it continues to get worse. The employees complain randomly to customers about the pay, no one ever smiles everyone is miserable (that’s poor management), they have multiple items all marked wrong, mixed up with wrong prices, their systems in disarray, and then don’t honor the prices listed. Seriously downhill. Go anywhere else, or just keep buying on Amazon where the exact same item is less than half the price with one day delivery (#10 self-sealing envelopes, 500-CT; Amazon: $25.64, Office Depot: $53.99)"
"Absolute trash, mismanaged for years and now it's come to a point of no return. Just go somewhere else, you'll be more valued there, guarantee it. Items mismatched, labeled and priced incorrectly. Full blown disaster, and they wonder why so many are closing. The locations in Coconut Creek and Boca are much better."
