"When my mom died in 2020 and her estate was turned over to the State of Florida due to fighting between 2 of my siblings, Tobi Finley worked on winding down my mother's estate. She and the accounting firm were evasive and not transparent. Not sure if things were handled properly or not. To this day, I am not sure if I received the correct share of the estate."

After several attempts to get an appointment, I was finally told they don't take guardianship cases even though it is prominently featured as a practice area on their website. They could have told me that the first time I called and saved me a lot of aggravation."
