I worked for estate planning attorneys in TN during the 80s and didn’t realize how much is different in Florida so we redid our entire plan and trusts. They were done thoughtfully, effectively and actually worked with us through start to finish including funding the trust with your assets which is usually where attorneys fail you. You have to do your homework and you have to follow their instructions to be sure you get the best plan for you.
