"I was happy with my outcome after my case was over . However I was not happy with my assigned caseworker. She was rude and disrespectful at times.Made me very uncomfortable when having to call her and talk about my case. She tried to over talk me constantly and make me feel uneducated.I called and put in complaints and never got a call back from Morgan and Morgan. I would of liked to discuss some issues. But I never heard from anyone from the firm unfortunately . I would still like to discuss how I was treated with someone that cares . I would think Morgan and Morgan would not want their clients feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Thank you Jen Ford"

"I sent my info into Morgan & Morgan, because I had been told that they were the best! But I feel a lot different now, I had a slip and fall on 10/12, and they said that they accepted the case, well, November is here and they just called to say that they were not going to be handling the case! This is really horrible…I don’t want a million dollars, but things should be fixed…I was told that I was the sixth person to fall that day, and Morgan & Morgan wouldn’t even give me an explanation…of why they weren’t going to handle it! I think that all of Mr Morgan’s commercials are a crock…I hadn’t been contacted since 10/16, at all! No communication at all! I guess if you don’t have a big enough case, they won’t take the case…and he says that he is so committed to people, because his brother was injured, then why has this happened! They told me to contact other lawyers!"
