"They were very helpful in my first Towing experience. On the other hand, when I needed a 3 mi tow, it was more expensive than my 16 mi tow. Buyer beware and be educated before you jump into it but a good service."
"Called for a tow-truck for a friend. I prepared my buddy for a two-hour wait as it’s always been a miserable roadside wait-wait-wait event. They arrived in less than an hour and the driver was pleasant. The truck could use some cleaning for a better customer experience but I reminded my friend he paid a reasonably priced tow-truck and not a ridiculous Disney experience."
