"They have poor quality items. Cigars are dry and flake off. They also keep turning off on you. I have tried 3 different kinds. They won't take back or exchange because they are protected by a Florida law. They have poor customer service because if you ask about an item they give you minimal information and let you buy it but won't take it back. Honestly I get better quality cigars at Publix."
"They will rip you off in a hurry go in there and buy something or ask for something they will definitely sell you the highest priced item even if it's the wrong one and not exchange it I take it back any reason even if they mess up. I had a vape battery needed a mouthpiece and some juice and before it was ever with it well that costed me over $50 and it was the wrong mouthpiece the lady filled it up with juice and told me that you couldn't take it back because it was filled up with juice and it was the wrong mouthpiece"
