"I used to go here all the time and the owners seem to be super friendly and helpful. Recently I just won’t go there anymore because there is always a woman working there who is so unfriendly and rude that I no longer feel comfortable asking questions. It feels like even if I know exactly what I want I’m being an annoyance. It sucks because I live close by and now I’m driving far away just to avoid this one rude lady."

"great selection of products but return/exchange policy is unclear. i went in and spent $60+ dollars on a GEEKVAPE that was on display. however i will mention she did give me a 10% discount because i said i didn’t want to spend too much money. i didn’t like it at all so i went back in the store within 10 mins of buying and was told because i put liquid inside they can’t take it back (even though it was a display). i even said i would still get a vape tank plus another item to equal what i spent originally but was still told they couldn’t do anything for me. Also to add what’s the point of saying you pretty much don’t do exchanges/returns if the product has liquid you might as well say you can’t bring anything back to the store at all, because you can remove liquid from the tank or just replace the tank itself. however the vape itself wouldn’t be resellable since it had already been used. i would have simply just accepted and exchange i didn’t even want my money back i feel like i made a reasonable request."
"Over all the place is great! They have a wide variety of things. What I didn’t like was the lady working behind the counter. Her vibe was so terrible we almost didn’t get anything from there but we didn’t want to stop somewhere else. But tbh I don’t think we will return"
"I really like this shop! They have a great selection and Leo was very helpful. I just love the Top Shelf products he recommended and the prices a very fair. I don't smoke pot, but they really have a great selection of glass artwork and I do plan to do some of my Christmas shopping there!"
