"Please please please please please rethink going here for all your house closing needs or whatever our closer was Tiffany she gave us the closing disclosure as usual like every time a company does like a day. Well on the day of closing it's a different amount that you didn't calculate the closing costs that were paying for our buyers even though the contracts we gave them back in March stated that we were paying all of their closing costs my agent and other liners said that does not happen usually the the closing disclosure they give you like the day before is what the amount is going to be on the day of closing it doesn't automatically change when you get there. Well we was ready to walk out our buyers are about to say screw it too because it seemed like we were just shoveling out more and more money well when Tiffany came back and she told us that our escrow money that we're getting back in like 30 days or so it was about 3100 and I'm like okay well you know that kind of evens it out whatever you know will continue with it right well we called the m&t Bank to let them know our new address so that you can send the payment and my husband just told me to check up on that payment well they said we were not getting 3100 it was only $577 and they don't understand how that closure came up with that number at all right so I called the title company and I talked to a Jacqueline who gets back on the phone and says they looked over the paper and I am getting money back from MGM she made it sound like I was still getting that 3100 because I told her the price. Well finally Tiffany messages my husband and said she was mistaken she read the wrong numbers what she had done was at our property tax and homeowners insurance payment together and said that was our escrow but even I know that's not our escrow anybody that works in the title company knows that's on escrow okay so I closed on this house you know with the understanding I was getting that money because I needed it. We have reached out to Tiffany on to make this right for us we have asked for a manager's number we have asked for a supervisors number on so far there has been no trying to make it right this is twice a mistake she has made and has classes over $1,000 our next stop is civil court because like we feel we were coerced into signing those papers with a promise of an escrow payment on this is not a mistake a title company makes"
