"Rating is based on the fact that very pleasant folks from Arturo Fuente corporate sent us to the store. Online search showed a nice store and had great reviews from patrons that had been there. When we arrived sign painted on the building said public welcome but signs on the door stated no entry. We called, and were told we had to go on the website to order and when the order was ready he would bring them out to us, but we were not allowed in the store. So disappointed we could not see in person the cigars that were available."
