So yeah I've called and called and called and no one calls you back or n. They tell you numbers and they don't work! And they don't help when you really need it!"

You waste your time filling out the application and the. The phone call everything you say they shut you down. Like aren’t you here to help? I don’t recommend at all. I believe I spoke to Robin both times stay away!"

"Awful. A complete waste. Helping thousands? Wasting thousands of minutes calling a 800 number that’s a recording. Online application? Be ready with your phone the next three days for a random call—2 strikes & resubmit. What a way to treat poor people in legal situations. Go jump off a cliff."
