"They change their recommendations which frustrates ,did not fill out insurance application accurately which caused suprise price increase from insurance underwriting department and did not use correct forms as required by insurer to make policy changes creating duplication and confusion. The owner, Kevin (who we mostly deal with) is a nice enough guy, but he only seems to work part time and does not seem too interested in his business. His son, Chris seems capable and has not messed-up anything yet."
