I think the guy who dealt with me was Levi I think that’s his name not sure but he’s slender and blonde hair he is horrible and unpleasant to deal with. I would rather drive fr Wesley chapel to my regular place in st pete and spend my money than ever return to this place. I kept asking for more products to purchase and instead of helping me he didn’t even speak to me properly and he didn’t want to help. It was a customer who came in and suggested products"

"I’ve been coming to this store for at least a year, and I have always had fantastic service with Levi and Ollie. My husband and I came in for a new vape system recently and Ollie had called the owner Trevor for help on another customer, and we could hear him (not even on speakerphone, he was so loud) being extremely rude to Ollie and hung up on her without helping her with her customer. Despite his awful and unprofessional behavior, Ollie proceeded to help the other customer as well as my husband and I without losing her cool or professionalism. We love the customer service that is always provided by Ollie and Levi, and I feel it is very unfortunate that they have to deal with that type of disrespect from their superior."
