"I started going here almost 5 yrs ago and after about a year I moved about 30 min away but still stopped in when I was in the area even if I didn’t need anything I would still buy something. The original staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly but pretty recently one of them left he was awesome he knew everything about the industry I’m terrible with names but I saw him a couple days before he was leaving he was training a new girl I haven’t met her yet but I’m sure she will be great i did. meet a new guy who didn’t seem very friendly or like maybe just kind of shy I dono I give everyone the benefit of the doubt maybe he was just having a bad day he wasn’t mean at all just kinda stand offish seemed like he probably had something way better going on that he was missing or something lol but I didn’t feel like that would change my mind about the place by any means especially since the owner or one of the owners not sure if there’s multiple really helped me out a while back. I purchased a tank that just wasn’t working right the air wasn’t going through correctly they don’t usually exchange tanks but the guy working called the owner explained the situation and that I’m a very regular shopper there and the owner said to go ahead change it out that was very cool of him and shows that he values his customers which is another reason I make the drive"

"I really like this shop. The staff is friendly and always helps me quickly. My only issue is that I like to visit when they open but there is often not someone there to open the store until 10-30 minutes after their posted opening hours. Update: I use Google to check hours which show 10 am (11 on Sunday). These match the hours posted on the little electronic hour board posted in the window. I actually visited on a Sunday and waited from 11 am until about 11:20. This is still a great store and I will continue my patronage, only now I no longer try to show up at opening and instead go an hour or two after opening. And after reading reviews on customer service I must say I disagree. I have always been treated with patience and have been given good recommendations and advice. I have witnessed these guys take the time and effort to ensure a good experience. The single biggest reason I will continue my patronage is because of their customer service."

"Convenient place decent prices and good selection... But whoever thinks the customer service is good is crazy. There is one guy here specifically who worked today and is there often, says he doesntlike to recommend be of people's different tastes, acts like you are bothering him and as if he is doing you the favor. We've given this place several chances... But honestly... Lately and especially after the continuous unwelcoming attitude of this one sales clerk.. We'd rather drive to any of the dozens around."

"I had to update my review, it wasn't right of me to give a bad review on my first visit. This store has become my absolute favorite place to go to. The staff is always friendly and willing to help me pick out something nice. Love coming into the store and talking with the staff about just anything. The selection of ejuice may not be wide as other places, but what they do carry is great quality products. I absolutely recommend stopping in if you're in the area."
