"Wanted to pay with card, employee switched me to a self service station and rang the purchase up there without my permission. Then ignored me and called the next customer over with my purse still on the counter in front of this new customer and no private way to put my pin into the pin pad without someone seeing. Horrible customer service, if I wanted to do self check out, I would have already done it instead of waiting for an actual employee to be available. I will go elsewhere since my business, privacy and safety aren't a concern for the employees here."
"Be careful when cashing lottery tickets, there are some employees that will steal from you."
"10/14/23 9 pm outside trash overfilling while employee smokes a cigarette doesn’t bother to take the trash out, then you have a “customer” starting to take the trash out, all coffee machines down, no hot food out, two employees inside both with AirPods in, buying scratch offs behind the counter ignoring customers. Worst RaceTrac I’ve ever been in, I can’t believe what I’m seeing."
"Clean functional and great service. Auto check out simply to use Great variety of product to keep you going. Few issues though. At this time the air pump is broken. For weeks. And there is a crack on the floor just in front of pump 18. Watch !"
