"I only been here for two weeks, Alexis has the best customer service, she made it her duty to go over and above for me when I was in search of some new hookah flavors. She gave me new ideas. I honestly thought she was the manager but I do think she need a pay raise. I now have a favorite shop to go to and if your in sanford area please stop by and tell Alexis hey"

Unlike Jordan good luck if you have him. You might have to go to a different store for better care customer service if Alexis isn't working. But love the brand love the store."
