"The guy here sold me 2 defective and nasty tasting vapes. He also took the products out of the package while i was looking down, 1 vape died in 2 days and tasted horrible. I will not go back. Lack of products and shady business"

"I’ve bought items in here a few times. However .. The last three times I have gone during business hours the open sign is on but the door is locked and there’s a sign that says be right back. No one ever comes back. This morning included. Kind of annoying. I arrived when the store was supposed to just be opening. So no need for a break or a lunch at that time."

I took it and my Receipt back in and was told there was not one thing that they would do. I asked to speak to the owner and was rudely denied. Customer service is awful. They do not care about their customers. They also keep erasing my review on their Facebook page. If you want a good experience with good customer service...go to Luxe."

"No matter who is on the counter, the people at this shop are always friendly and helpful. They have a decent variety of merchandise but not so much that the buyer gets overwhelmed. And every time i go, I get exactly what I’m looking for at a fair price. Plus it’s so convenient to get in and out of that it is my favorite vape shop between Deltona, OC, Deland, and DeBary."

"Best smoke shop in town. Best Customer service I've ever had from a shop. They always have me try my vape before I go to make sure it works and I'm glad they do, I got one that didn't work and it was replaced with a working one immediately. Never had a shop do that."
