"Paul Guilfoil is representing my late father’s estate, to which I am an heir/beneficiary. In his duties in help represent the estate, he is subsequently required by state statute to, “act in the best interest of beneficiaries”, and mandated to “promptly communicate in all related business matters”, per the Florida Bar of Attorney ethics provisions. However, Mr. Guilfoil has been unresponsive, and both shockingly, and irresponsibly uncommunicative, since he began his tenure in representing my father’s estate. If you are seeking an honest, communicative, integrity oriented attorney, Mr. Guilfoil is not the attorney for you."

Please email me if you need any details on why you should not choose this wanna be state prosecutor , to represent you as a defense lawyer. Piss poor performance and will give you up as a prize just so he can better become pals with the state. He ran for judge a few years ago (that shows where his mindset is) .. All my opinion of course, and hopefully it doesn't become your's also."
