"Russ Lapeer appears to be the type of Attorney that hides behind a receptionist. He is currently withholding a copy of a family trust from a beneficiary and possible executor, (wouldn't know because we have not seen it) and refuses to return a call to the person who has a right to have a copy. He has not returned one of several documented calls to his office. He and his staff has not responded to an email."
