"I come to this Best Buy probably a dozen times a year and have done so since it first opened. Over the last few years, the customer service has really gone downhill. I’m not writing this review because of one experience but because of many. When it’s consistently bad it indicates the store manager doesn’t care about the customer experience, or there’s a top down corporate mandate to cut costs by reducing staff. For the third time in a row, on three separate occasions, I stood in line for over 20 minutes because there was one cashier. The line wasn’t long at all. I counted six registers - five were empty. This is a 30,000 square-foot store. Think about that for a minute. When I finally got to the one cashier and explained that the situation was frustrating, she directed me to talk to Ryan, the store manager, so he would hire more people because in her own words, “they are understaffed.” I declined because I just don’t think it will make a difference. Ryan has certainly heard complaints about this before but it hasn’t gotten better. I know this is now the age of online ordering but that is not an excuse for improperly caring for the people who come to your business. For me, the frustration is a little much. Today is the last day I will be coming to the Boca store. Will it make a difference to Best Buy that I’m no longer shopping there? Not at all, but at least it will bring me some peace of mind."

"Keeping it simple and plain There is a good variety of products to choose from, some really good out of the box options, kind staff but short staffed at the same time. Clean best buy and everything is easy to access for use, prices are well labeled. Work on customer service is needed from the management side, not the employees' side. Overall 8/10"

"I had a great experience at Best Buy today! I was looking for a new vacuum cleaner, and the employees were so helpful in finding the perfect one for me. They were knowledgeable about the different features and brands, and they didn't pressure me to make a decision. The checkout process was quick and easy, and I even got a great deal. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for electronics"

"This store sells USED items that are damaged and dangerous to unsuspecting customers!!!!! I bought an “In Excellent” condition microwave from this store from online. I figured it was the display one. I had someone go pick it up for me. It arrived with an exposed cord, a gouged handle and a scrape on the front….Not to mention, no box and no glass microwave plate! I tried calling the store several times; each time after waiting for a lengthy bit, got transferred over to a global office where I spoke to someone that could barely speak English! I got transferred back and forth with no solution in the end, waiting on hold for over an hour!!! I am having to pay someone to return it back to the store, because it is too heavy for me to lift. I needed to be reimbursed for the money it costed me to have someone pickup and return the item, and several hours later, I have still not received a call back from the management!!!! Also, MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO!!!! It is illegal to sell exposed wires to customers! Someone could get electrocuted or burn their apartment down! This is unacceptable!!!!!!! I never received a call back from management, despite waiting over an hour and going through their global system to get on the “wait list.” Best Buy purposely makes it where the customer simply cannot speak to a manager or anyone if there is a question or concern. They treat their customers like trash and like their time is worthless! I hope they go bankrupt! They are just another worthless global corporation!"
