"On December 1st my mom sent me 2 boxes of conch , oil for my hair a, and natural herbs , the box was sent from this location . God only knows what they did with my package. Never got my items , when my mom specifically told them the boxes had sea food .made her buy a special boxes to keep the frozen conch. After 3 weeks I received 126 dollars in the mail . It that supposed to compensate for the 2 boxes of conch that you guys lost? I want you guys to make this right I didn’t asked for all that , I just wanted my package And I also believed my package never left the store"

"UPS never tried to deliver package to my house. Instead they send it straight to the UPS store. So I had to pick it up and wat in their usual long line. They claimed failed delivery attempt, but cameras proof they was never at my house. If they were, they could have left it on the porch like usual. I guess there only doing half their job now."
