"UPS tried to deliver a package unsuccessfully. Therefore, it was dropped at the UPS store on Alton Rd for me to pick up. I went to the store but there was an issue with the label and the associate could not verify my identity and signature was required. However, the manager, Raul, went above and beyond to help me and figured out a way to solve the issue. He provide me with excellent customer service. Raul is the type of manager any store would be lucky to have !!! THANK YOU"
