"I paid to track the delivery of a payment and while the tracking information said in transit NC, the check was already received and deposited by the recipient. I went in person to this location and they informed me that it was probably an issue with the scanner but it was the actual US postal responsibility. I went to a US postal location and they explained to me that this place is private and they charge high prices for the services but they are not connected with the actual US Postal Service. Basically for a regular mail drop off is okay but not for special services provide by the US Postal."
