"This is a perfect neighborhood hardware store almost like a walk back in time. Family Hardware is a great place to go if you dislike the big box stores with few knowledgeable help. Which you can never find or get to help you when you do. They have a great selection of the items most needed. I love their fastener section because I'm alway needing something from that section. "Nice place but extremely expensive. For example; I picked up self tapping screws with washers and they were 55cents each, at homedepot they are 18cents each. That has been my experience with everything I've picked up from Family Hardware. They employees are very nice and helpful, but I'm a contractor and if I buy from this place more frequently it's going to hurt my bottom line."
