"for a store who accepts amazon returns, the employees are NEVER happy to help. Countless times i’ve been to return amazon products and they’ve been either snatched from me or tossed on the floor after. The employee never greets either and doesn’t speak a word the entire transaction. Just today i went, i returned 9 items only for the worker to scan 4 because he was being so hasty and rude that he didn’t want to take the time to make sure it was done properly."
"As an indoor environmental scientist, I’m heavily reliant on UPS printing / shipping services in order to make sure I can get my samples to the lab in a timely and efficient manner. That being said, I’ve used UPS stores all across the United States, and this one is by far the best I’ve ever been to. Their customer service and level of attentiveness is second to none. If you need any printing or shipping services, and you do not use this store, you are doing yourself a major disservice. This UPS store and it’s employees are the BEST!"
