"I know it’s lunchtime and busy, but there’s no need to be rude. I had a yes or no question about a sewing machine. A woman in the front didn’t know, so I went to the back. It’s busy of course and there’s a line of people with fabric to cut, so I told the woman at the counter that I knew she was busy, but asked if she knew where I could go for help. She scoffed at me “WELL… It’s Lunchtime and there’s only FOUR people here, so…” I said, “okay, I’m sorry..” and the woman scoffed again and then yanked her one yard of fabric back to remeasure it with an obvious eyeroll to the woman she was helping cut fabric for. Just was completely unnecessary."

"Checked online before going to the store to make sure the product was in stock, but when I got to the store, it was not displayed and 2 associates said they had 400 boxes in back that hadn’t been emptied as they don’t have enough employees to stock shelves. They recommended I drive 20 minutes to another store. Sounds like employees are being paid too little. Pay a good wage and you’ll have people who want to work and you’ll actually be able to sell product instead of it sitting in boxes in the back. We went across the street to Michael’s and found what we needed."

"I love this place sm i got six skeins of yarn and a bubble stick for $19. There was a great discount on yarn when I went and the yarn was sold in a bigger quantity then other places. The cashier was also really nice and made a comfortable environment for me. She also made small talk while quickly scanning my items. Overall great experience, yarns, and workers. Will come again"
