"The owner of this location has to be the absolute rudest UPS store employee I've ever had to deal with. This location is literally 1 mile from my house and I will now pass and go to the next location. I come in with a smile each time, and he is only pleasant with certain customers. To show it wasn't me, I sent my brother in once and to no surprise he was still simply nasty. I do feel he has a problem with other ethnicities and race. I won't spend another $$$ here with him as the owner. I feel bad for the employees here that have him as a boss."
