Best Buy

"Not enough staffing. It was late morning, all the staff were involved with people who were taking quite some time. All I needed was an iPad case/keyboard taken out of a locked cabinet so I could buy it. When I finally got assistance, they said they had one that was an "open box" item. That's fine with me. They then spent 10-15 min searching various places but could not find it. Went to another Best Buy and had much the same experience. Again, only a few customers in the store but took 10 min to get someone who could open the locked cabinet for me."

"Went to Geek squad in Sanford today, the people were nice and professional but they told me they wouldn’t fix my iPhone. Didn’t even look at it, just heard the problem and said they don’t have the resources, time, and ability to do it because of their contract with Apple and every other phone store would tell me the same. Took it to Batteries + Bulbs next door to them and the guy fixed it in 30 minutes for very cheap!"

"I visited the Best Buy location to pick up my order. I parked in a curbside spot and checked in. I waited for about 10 minutes while observing five Best Buy employees smoking and laughing near the entrance. I wondered if one of them was supposed to see that I was waiting outside. I decided to go inside and inquire about my order. To my surprise, one of the employees who was outside smoking was the person attending the pick-up kiosk. I politely asked for my order and he told me I needed to park by the door. I was frustrated because I had already parked in a designated curbside spot. The customer service was mediocre. If you need curbside pickup, it is better to go inside rather than wait in your car. I was disappointed with the experience."

"This Best Buy is horrible I came here looking for a tv that I called and they lady said it was available when I got to the store I was waiting over an hour to find someone to help I walked all around the store looking for help until I found a gentleman at the register with a couple of people in front of me when I was in the line a guy came and said it I needed any help which I said yes he was very helpful that is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars I told him what I was looking for which he said they had it in stock but he could not find he looked everywhere but came up with nothing so their online inventory items are never updated so it is just a waste of time. Typical Best Buy! Horrible overall experience!"

"The employees were so friendly here at this location. It was cool getting to check out the Insta360 Go 3, but I wish that it was able to turn on. It's still cool, though. Need more camera selection, especially with Nikon."
