"Storage King USA the name speaks for itself the manager at the desk is awesome very friendly and courteous quite knowledgeable and knows what he is doing if it was my business I would promote him to regional because of his experience, the storage unit was clean , the compound was clean and no trash laying around the price for the unit is affordable and the premises is monitored 24/7 I feel comfortable using Storage King USA."

"I will never use StorageKing USA ever again. I rented a unit on the websight for a 10x12.5 unit. When I arrived at facility they tried giving me a unit that was 7x12 for the price of the unit I rented. Then I showed the manager the unit, he told me that I could rent another unit that was bigger for same price. Then after I had put about 98% of my belongings into that unit, they said that I couldn’t have that unit and then they tried to get me to take a smaller unit for the same price as the 10x10. I informed them to refund my money. This facility is a big scamming facility trying to mislead customers. So I will tell everyone to never use that facility and I will never recommend anyone because of their lies. And the assistant manager was very rude while talking to me. The facility showed that there was only one unit of my size so I rented it online and then it was a lot smaller. If anyone who chooses to rent from these scammers, they better look at unit before renting. They will lie to you as well."

"BEWARE ALL WITH NEW MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION! The newer mngr STEVE is never on sight, never returns customers calls. He chronically has plenty of excuses why he’s never in office, on property sight or never returns phone calls to tenants. His greatest excuse is “shorthanded & checking trucks in or out.” I never seen but 1- person on sight when Art mnged this place. Obviously, Steve’s missing the fact that he forgets who pays for his salary. That would be the monthly rent from all tenants. Ever since the former mngr Art retired this place is not kept up or managed in same orderly running. It’s funny how Art could perform all maintenance of entire property, help customers in all aspects daily, answer and return phone calls promptly. All while checking trucks in and out. He was always pleasant with all tenants. Art promptly returned all phone calls, normally w/in a 2 hr window. Steve certainly has an anger issue when he can’t respectfully communicate with a reasonable answer. Thats when Steve becomes excessively boisterous, obnoxious and begins cursing at the tenant who is addressing him over very specific questions about . Sadly, after being a long term tenant I would NOT recommend this facility for anyone searching for a rental due to the complete lack of regard, detail, attention towards any tenants needs. And the “constant unavailability” to reach anyone or get an immediate call back if you are having issues. Anger issue and misappropriate behavior. Cursing at the tenant. Find somewheres else if you can!"
