"By far the best UPS store in the area! The staff are personable and helpful, and the store is managed extremely well. Even when it's busy, the associates maintain great attitudes. Anthony is especially amazing and has a wonderful way of interacting with staff. The longest wait time has maybe been 3 minutes; which speaks volumes about their efficiency. The other UPS Stores in Venice don't even compare. The wait time is horrible, and the overall demeanor of the associates is even worse. Which is why I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this location :)"

"I just left the store and have never received less than courteous service. My rep was visibly annoyed that she had to scan 4 packages for return which took her about a total of 2 minutes. She told me the next time I will have to use the self service because she'll be too busy to help. What gall.! I would have lost my job over that."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. As I waited on line I noticed that the staff works as a team helping keep the line moving and answering questions. Lots of packing supplies are available. This site also makes copies and can print documents that are emailed to them. They offer mailboxes to rent as well. I’m happy to know this efficient store is nearby."
