"This place is nested in a small business complex behind a shopping center so not easy to come across, but I've always had a great experience here. Employees are friendly & helpful. I've only used them for shipping, but they have other services as well. I definitely recommend them for your shipping needs."
"I went to this store earlier this week to mail a small package. There was no rush for delivery so I asked for the most economical shipping. Price quoted was $62.00. I questioned the reason for the high price and the employee didn’t know. I left the store with my package and took it to USPS. The package weighed 1lb 3 ounces and cost me $11.00. Don’t know if this is incompetence or if they’re just ripping off their customers intentionally."
"It’s interesting why employees of an establishment don't leave but instead decide to treat the customers terribly as it’s our fault. I just had a simple package to ship but while in line the employee acted like a child to every customer before me. After every scan of a shipment he would throw the scanner down as it was such a burden to scan a package. It was hard enough to witness happening to other people but when it happens to you right after it just makes you pity such a miserable human. I encourage every possible customer to try any other store than this one."
"Nothing like walking into a store and feeling like you're intruding into someone's private time and space. That's how this morning's employee acted when I came in with a door tag to pick up a package. If you don't have the interpersonal skills to greet a customer and ask how you can help then you shouldn't be working in an environment that deals with people. So disappointed. Luckily there is a really nice UPS down the street at racetrack and nine eagles"
"Friendly and knowledgeable and a well designed layout. Even with a line, it moves quickly! Appreciate the attention to detail and variety of in store options. This gem is tucked back where you wouldn't expect, but don't believe for a second they can't handle a generous volume of Westchase business!"
