"I paid for a parcel 2-day delivery on 1/10/24 at 8:22 a.m. . Now I am told it will not be delivered until 1/16/2024. This is not a two-day delivery. This was a very important parcel to be delivered on time. I'm requesting a refund of $68.54."

"Where to start, last week I went into to send a package for Christmas and was completely disgusted at their price. I was first told I had to put my package in one of their boxes which was going to cost me an additional $10. Total upsell bullcrap. Total was going to be $60, went to post office and same exact package was $21. I was so pissed, I went back to let them know what I thought and how they lied to me. Then today I went to return an Amazon package and was told that I was banned from ever stepping foot in the store according to the owner which is a lady that’s just a worker or I’ll be charged with trespassing. Now I find out the owner’s name is Brian Cooper, a total lie. Let me ask you, do you own the Amazon machines? I think I’ll have to get Amazon and corporate involved. Trust me all the workers are totally rude and I will never give this location another penny. Today another lie, telling me that they responded to my bad review, I’m waiting and I expect to hear from the owner. It’s not just me, as you can see there are plenty of bad reviews and your reputation sucks. Treated kindly, your funny. Your staff sells stuff that is unnecessary and lies to your face and when you call them on it then you get banned from the store. That’s fine, I wouldn’t step foot in your place again and will share my experience every second I get. You do nothing but rip off people."

Doesn’t matter if it’s first thing in the morning or last customer in the door at 5:59, they are consistently having a positive attitude and make it a great experience to visit! Crazy to think shipping a package or printing a booklet could be so impactful."
