"Canceled 5 minutes before our appointment time to come to the house after saying she was going to be early. She gave no reason on why she couldn’t make it and didn’t offer to reschedule the appointment she just said she couldn’t make it and hung up. Not sure why she did this but it really messed up things for us because we needed the paperwork notarized that day so it could be overnighted. First time dealing with at home notary service and was not pleased hopefully the other notary services near me are more professional then this one was."
