"Went there last night and got a baileys apple pie and tequila. Opened it this morning and it was curdled and chunky. Went back to see if I could exchange it or the very least, let them know that the bottle said it expired in January 2022. It’s Baileys and has milk in it. The old guy fought me telling me alcohol doesn’t expire. I tried telling him it has milk and that for their own sake they should check their liqueur inventory for any other possible expired bottles. He said there’s nothing he could do and there’s signs everywhere that say he can’t. I wasn’t being combative or anything, I understand you can’t return alcohol but some decency on Thanksgiving would’ve been nice. The old guy with the mask was so rude. A little customer service goes a long way. Smh."
