"I came to this store to return an Amazon item. While trying to pull up the info on my phone, discovered how amazingly slow and terrible the reception was to the point that Amazon wouldn't load. CARMEN, the UPS person I was dealing with offered to let me use the stores wifi to continue. She then loaded the password into my phone. Her help allowed me to do the return and completely resolved what was a very frustrating experience, WITH THE PHONE SERVICE!! Through all this Carmen was happy and understanding. Very refreshing and unexpected. KEEP HER!! And keep her happy too!"

Usually, I am in and out in less than a minute. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use them for services."
