"Josh & Jacob deserve 100 stars! I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service as I do here! They both go way above and beyond to make sure all their customers needs are taken care of! My family and I moved much further away from this particular UPS store and I’d rather keep coming here for my mail than have it delivered to my home. Mainly because I know that my mail and packages are much safe and cared for! They even let me know what I have to save a trip sometimes! No matter what your needs are they will make sure you are always satisfied! One more thing they ALWAYS Greet everyone with a smile. I love this store!
