"Run away! Will never again give my business to this owner. Be very careful they will over charge or charge fees that were not agreed upon to receive a package!"

"Today is June 2nd at 6:40 p.m. I arrived to have a package sent back to amazon. I opened the door and two ladies were shutting the store down and told me that they were closed. I asked them it says on the door you close at 7:00 and I was told we closed when the truck leaves. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to the store because they closed at 7:00. Management needs to know that they are closing early and if that is acceptable with management you need to change your hours of operation on your door."

"This store packed and shipped a item worth $1,500. When the buyer received the item it was significantly damaged. The owner stated that he had filed a claim with UPS however UPS was changing their system for claims and it would be a little while. Well needless to say it's been months and I finally contacted ups and they indicated they had no claim on file. Shameful and unethical business in my opinion"

"Not sure which location they work at but from the looks of the reviews I wouldn't be surprised. A girl named Rain decided to take it upon herself to steal my mother's iPhone and all the employees told her it was still in Texas. Until she decides to also try to make purchases for the SIM card. I would highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. Sounds like they just hire a bunch of crooks. Go to FedEx."

"I have been using this UPS store for both business and personal shipping, notarizing for many years. Mr. Patel and his associates are always professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this UPS store. Not sure about the bad reviews. They seem very fishy to say the least. I've never had any issues."
