"This UPS store is great! I received good advice and information about my package. Christy helped me and was terrific!"
"This store wouldn’t ship an item that was in laser cut foam and bubble wrapped in a hard sided pelican case because they wanted to pack it themselves in bubble wrap and a cardboard box! Their excuse was due they needed to secure it, which common sense tells you that’s not more secure. The manager wasn’t even in store the girl had to call the person on the phone so she wasn’t even there looking at the item. I drove 30 mins to send this overnight express as our crew was broke down in the field and needed this part. Thanks for nothing and poor customer service."
"UPDATE: Amazon notified us the return was successful after about 5 days, and the UPS store reached out for additional feedback. Both are positive developments. I plan to consider the bad employee interaction as a one time event and continue using this location. --- After numerous good transactions, I was treated rudely when I asked about an Amazon return. The store took my return in offline mode, and I did not get any acknowledgement for Amazon for several days. When I asked, the first person was polite, but the second person came up from the back was quite rude. I can pick from several UPS stores - all about the same distance from home...."

"Worst customer service. I came in to ship an item to my corporate office in Tulsa, OK. I presented an email from my marketing manager showing our UPS account number. They insisted for me to show I own the company. I present a business card with my name plus the email from my marketing manager but they insisted I show ownership. Never have I had any UPS location asked for a cooperation document showing I’m an owner. What’s next, finger printing business owners who have an account?"
