"The co. asks for a review after 1 year of the move! Well it was the worst move ever out of 5 moves we have experienced. Emerald damaged our new master bedroom bed and dresser. Never came to look at it, never apologized, never offered to fix or pay for the damage. Drawer handle ripped off, king bed supports never put back on and never returned them(the night of move we went to bed only to find ourselves on the floor, the bed collapsed). Not funny. During a phone call the foreperson for the day admitted that the crew they had that day were all inexperienced and didn't know what to do. I was at work and my spouse was present and did not know these facts. The advertisments states "professional" and more upscale adjectives to discribe their services, that for us were anything but. Sorry to have to write this but you requested it. I guess your co. should have done some research prior to asking. We would never use you again, and we just moved with a great co. that we had used before."

It was a long day for all of us but everyone stayed chilled and job got done. Thanks Guys, this was my second time I have used them. Great company."
