El Car Wash - Boynton Beach

"Dear Director of EL Car Wash Company, I am your customer from Wellington Florida, I have joined and become a member of the company because of the excellent service and very good quality. But when I worked in the Boyton area and searched for Location here, I was so disappointed after having such a bad experience here. When I drove into the gate, there was a customer driving a Sedan standing in front of me and we had to wait for at least 15 minutes for two employees working here to play together during working hours. I saw one person guarding the gate where customers come in and out and the other person guarding the car wash engine room. I'll point out what makes me so disappointed about this place: 1. Disrespecting customers (the guy in the picture, after playing outside, in the middle area from the gatekeeper to the private vacuum cleaner; He came back and spoke in the style of a street person to receive guests with a very rude attitude) 2. Extremely poor quality (After my Honda CRV went through the car wash machine room, there was still a lot of soap left on the front glass and both sides of the car, including the rear view mirror) If this happens again, I will assure EL Car Wash that I will withdraw from membership."

"I cannot believe this place has customers still. But then again it seems like they’re getting employees to write false positive reviews as well as incentivizing customers to keep their rating up. Where do I start? First, the employees are not rude but definitely not friendly and very pushy for you to sign up for the membership even after saying “no” two to three times. Then they barely spray or brush your car before it goes through the wash so not everything gets off your car (this is standard at other washes in the area). You would hope the people drying and wiping down your car would take the extra minute to make sure everything is off the exterior but they do not (see pictures attached). They truly did not even touch my rims. The other low reviews are true, they barely wipe or clean your interior even after paying the $32 for them to do so. You can see from my photos that there are still large visible spots on my interior that are an easy wipe, no elbow grease needed. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else. Thought I would give them a try since my usual place is closed today and they had great reviews when they were Motor City but now I have to go get my car REALLY washed elsewhere. Never returning and will be sure to be vocal to advise others against this location and the company. Note: photos were taken a minute after driving off the lot in the funeral home parking lot next door."

"This car wash left my car sparkling clean in and out. There wasn’t a spot in my car that was dirty. It was very quick and easy, and the workers were very nice and helpful. They have a nice shop inside for things to put in ur car for cheap as well. I definitely recommend this place for a good and inexpensive car wash."

"Jackie always provides excellent customer service. Maria pays close attention to detail while cleaning your car. She goes above and beyond. The manager Daphnee coaches the staff well. They all exhibit amazing customer service. Service is amazing. Since I’m known to be a procrastinator, I love they have many locations which help me keep my car clean."

"Great place for a quick and easy power car wash! They provide variety of options. There are packages you can take if you wash your car very often. Otherwise you can pay only $10 for a one time wash."
