"I was buying a bottle for a good friend. Bought the wrong bottle, and tried to exchange it 5 minutes later. They wouldn't allow me to. Every store should have a return or even exchange policy. I didn't take the bottle and came back another day, this was all within 10 minutes. I'm sure this is illegal!"

The only problems I have here is that frequently the price on the shelf is old/incorrect and they never honor it as is customary at any store you go to. The guy literally prints a new sticker in front of me and tells me I have to pay that instead. Pretty frustrating"
