"I arrived in Toronto to realize that 2 of our bottles of vodka were not sealed properly. The other bottle of alcohol was sealed. We made 2 separate transactions. One was done properly. The other wasn’t. Therefore, I just paid $30 to check a bag to Calgary as it wasn’t allowed through security. I’m extremely disappointed with this establishment. The lack of attention to this major detail is very frustrating. Lesson learned- always ask more questions and don’t assume anything."
"Totally unbiased review here. You walk in. You quickly realize that you have no obligation to purchase anything at all. One could say that..oh.. it is not your DUTY whatsoever! Now, I don't fancy myself an expert on nomenclature or etymology, but I do see why this particular shop calls themselves "duty free". Was not pressured by any employee to make a purchase, and because of that, practically gave them a third of my vacation money within minutes of arriving to Tampa for my family trip. They weren't thrilled but what can I say? It felt like my civil "duty". 5 stars for this shop. Would give them 6 if I could!"
