"We frequent this plaza, the location is convenient but the business and owner are not worth the hassle. I assume the man is the owner why else would anyone one act so unprofessional. He has terrible customer service, ignores us to talk on the phone and rings us up while still on the phone. Charged us for ice and let us walk out with out it. Several times he wanted to card everyone present, which no one else does not at Walmart or Publix. Will never return or recommend to anyone."
"Very bad customer service. Went in earlier today and cashier didn't even acknowledge when I entered she was too busy on her phone. I asked advice on a liquor and she just stood there looking bothered. I made my purchase and she was more enthusiastic with my exit than with my entrance. I would have bought way more had she been helpful and had more knowledge clearly she is there only for a paycheck."
