"Rude customer service. I left my ID and completely understand not being able to purchase alcohol without it. The cashier mocked me, I was looking forward to having a peaceful night after a long day at work. Not only did she mock me but then inserted her opinion about me leaving my ID. I have never experienced anyone rude there until now. I have worked in customer service for years and know the importance of tone and intention when speaking to customers. Then went back and she said that I must have been embarrassed for not having my ID on me… again I do not understand the personal judgement and adding her personal opinion to my purchase.
