"I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so impressed by this one guy at ABC when we were visiting- he was professional, friendly and so knowledgeable. A great salesman. We now love the Paso 46 chard he suggested (and I’m picky), and the Paratus wine also. My friend is also now a Bridge and Maine bourbon fan. Thank you Thomas!!! I really value customer service, and this guy made made our trips the fun!"

"The cashier on 1/23/24 around 8pm in the store was extremely rude and does not have knowledge within the realm of customer service. Her attitude should warrant her position to be in the back of the store, because it makes the entire business look bad. I entered the store to use the restroom before making my purchase. After using the restroom I walked out to get my ID as my husband went to the counter to purchase our items. When I was leaving to get my ID, the cashier spewed racist remarks against my husband and threatened to deny service because I left to get my ID (???). I suppose she thought that I was underage and was leaving so I didn’t get questioned at the counter, however that was not the case. We had just returned from a 2 hour car ride so understandably I had to use the restroom. It is painstakingly advertised and well-known that you have to be 21 to purchase alcohol in the United States. And I know it was because we are non-white that this lady thought she needed to treat us like criminals. You can check the cameras to see that the way that she looked at me behind my back threatened my well-being. When I re-entered the store I heard her call my husband racist words that I will not repeat. We left the items on the counter because we became afraid for our safety as she mentioned calling the police. Even though we had done nothing wrong (again, check the cameras) her power-trip made us feel like we entered the store wearing masks and wielding weapons. As we were leaving the store, she mentioned that she “makes $100,000 a year so you don’t need to buy anything.” Is this the kind of people ABC wants working at their store? This is the first time we’ve ever had an issue with this store, so we were shocked to say the least. We have a membership. We would have happily showed identification and were prepared to but because of her internal belief system, ABC will never gain the profits they deserve with her behind the counter."

"I live right next door to this liquor store and run a business near by so I've attempted to go in there twice. The staff at the testing booths are always awesome but I don't know what it is every time I get to that counter, they are extremely rude. I asked for palmas dutches and the lady was rude right when I walked up then just kept repeating what are those? Palmas? I couldn't even answer her she just kept repeating it. Like clean up your attitudes. Then kicked me out because I told her it wasn't that hard. Oh well it was worth it. I've never had problems with any stores in this area but man every time I attempt this one they are on one. I seen another review too that stated they judge you off appearance. Both times they seen all my tattoos their attitude got mean real quick. Well again I'm a whole business owner so judging makes you look ignorant."

"I had a fantastic time tonight during the wine tasting at this location! Alexander and Monique were super helpful with recommending wines throughout the night, and every one they picked my group enjoyed! We then checked out with Nastashia who was super helpful and sweet. Overall, the staff was friendly, helpful and I will definitely be going back again! We will be back for the tasting in January."
