"I was on the search for a specifically rare, elusive bottle and saw on google that Luekens had not only one but TWO and was the only store in the state of Florida on wine-searcher that carried it. I’ve never ordered alcohol online, so I called the Dunedin location to try to hunt it down for a store pickup. Not only did I strikeout calling between 3 different stores, none of the customer service reps from each of those stores could figure out which store had it or if it was locked up in a manager’s office… on my last attempt I called this Tarpon Springs Location and the gentlemen that picked up suggested it could be at the warehouse and re-directed me to the warehouse’s phone where I could confirm with Christian? they indeed had what I was looking for. I ordered it on a Thursday, it shipped out on Monday and I received it on Wednesday! I’m ecstatic and enthralled with this collectors item and Luekens companys EXCEPTIONAL packing. I’m thoroughly impressed with it still and didn’t know cardboard could look the way my package did on the inside. 5/5 Stars even though I felt like I was initially jumping through hoops calling all the different store locations but honestly it added to the thrill of the chase! Had a friend recently order the last one and I will definitely be checking out the site in the future for more premium bottles / collector items! If I only knew about Luekens 2 weeks prior I would have snagged your Glenfiddich 30 Suspended Time since it’s $300 cheaper than what I paid for!"
