"The purchasing process have been very stressful and all because Miguel has provided us with the worse customer service. Customer service from him is lacking. He sounded bothered every time I asked him a question over the phone. I placed an order over the phone early Monday and he was supposed to call me back after talking to William about a request. He never called William and I had to call in the afternoon to follow up. I went to the store the following day to pick up one of the items and upon realizing who I was at the store he changed immediately and treated me very rudely. He mentioned that the delivery is Thursday, but other than that I don’t have any more info. No tracking info or confirmation. Only a verbal confirmation that it will be Thursday. I am amazed how mistreated I was by Miguel. It was a weird experience at the store. He was wearing sunglasses and never had eye contact with me. I called the store today to find out about delivery they told me that Miguel is the one to coordinate that. The only professional part of these process have been dealing with William Bello."
"Great showed them my problem on the door they found the hings and put on for me I was glad I found the part specially to old bathrm cabinets Thank you, the door on back It's great..u guys have everything I miss placed the sale slip w the number on."
"Horrible customer service. I was told by Manuel Blanchard that I could return an item because the bag was open. He didn't even care I was upset about what he said to me. There is no reason why a customer should be treated like that."
"I will never buy there period. Been going to Imecas since 2005 and never again. Either you treat me with respect always or I'll take my business elsewhere. Completely unorganized and not worth the aggravation. R.I.P."
"Great service & prices! I tried placing an order online for baseboards, but the delivery window was later than I wanted. So I called & they were able to place the order over the phone & had them delivered when I needed. They even called the day of delivery asking what time would work best for me to receive the order. Then I called again asking if they had cabinet handles I had seen on their website in stock & they had it ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. Will definitely be returning for other home projects!"
